This is pretty interesting. Once we look past the policeman running with a sense of urgency, we see tags by DUNE FUK, ASTRO WWV, JIS MS, Joey IE, and KH. This street graffiti graffiti appears to be from sometime in the 90s, maybe late 80s. There are probably some other tags on there that some of the older graff junkies might recognize.
